Sheriff candidate Jerry Airola among several named in sexual harassment lawsuit (KVBC Las Vegas)

Two nurses have filed a sexual harassment lawsuit which includes candidate for Clark County Sheriff, Jerry Airola. Airola is one of several people named in the lawsuit that clams management of Sun-Western Flyers and Silver State Helicopters didn’t do anything to stop ongoing harassment.

Lawsuit Said to Imperil Refco Settlement (AP via Yahoo! Finance)

The court-appointed administrator of a key Refco Inc. subsidiary is worried that a multibillion-dollar settlement with the company’s creditors could fall apart because of a $10 million lawsuit filed by a group of online foreign-exchange traders.
