Massachusetts: Lawsuit Filed in Tunnel Death (New York Times)

The family of a woman crushed to death by a concrete ceiling panel in a Big Dig tunnel in Boston filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the state agency that oversaw the project and the numerous contractors who worked on the tunnel.
